My order arrived quicker than the expected shipping date and I was very impressed with the care that was taken in packaging the product. When I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised. The quality and look of the hair is more than I could of expected. I am very pleased that I decided to order from Nia Wigs and I will definitely be ordering in the future.

First Wig was great…the second purchases were not I purchased 3 of the same wigs at… I purchased 3 of the same wigs at different times. The first one was perfect… so perfect that I purchased 2 more 1 I gave as a gift . The quality of the last two was very poor felt and washed like plastic. The first one was purchased from Amazon website, the others were purchased from Niawigs website…. It was extremely disappointing.

I've had an averarge experience with… I've had an averarge experience with niawigs.com. All my orders arrived within the expected time and the items were as expected. Nothing inapropriate or extraordinary happend. Prices were ok and I didn't have to pay extra fees. Communication with the customer service team wasn't entirly pleasant. I wish they described their products more thuroughly. But all in all, it's alright.
