Amazing customer service! Amazing customer service!! I ordered a product and they had to refund me because they didn’t have it in stock. Then they found 3 and emailed me and texted me to be sure I was aware and able to receive them. They mailed them out that day and I received them 3 days later. They had to change the availability online for me to be able to order. And they were so kind and friendly!! They are wonderful!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I like the quality of the hair I like the quality of the hair, and the price point is unbelievable! I did send an email prior to ordering because I was unsure of the color of the first wig I purchased. It turned out to be the wrong color. I didn't receive an answer, so that wasn't the most inspiring aspect in dealing with a new company for me. I managed to make the color work for me. In the end, I'm happy with my purchases, but I do think they should be responsive to customer inquiries.

Interesting company... -_- Updated review. I did eventually get my package. The company can do better to communicate and be more organized. If something is out of stock then why did my order say delivered. It was an annoying and scary experience... simple communication and properly updated order this whole mess would never had happened. Nevertheless I eventually got my package after contacting them via paypal. Personally I would never order through them. What they delivered looked great thou. Take this review with a grain of salt I guess. Original review: I never received my package. UPS said sender canceled order. Elevate is saying UPS couldn't deliver. They robbed me in broad daylight.
