FRI never got my order Edit: the package finally got there It was an issue with the post office as I got a message precising it was delivered but nothing was there It’s my first time shopping on their website. Placed the order February 18 after seeing good reviews on the website.Despite living in France I still decided to try. i did not receive my item yet it was said to have been delivered since February 22nd I waited a little bit more and have been checking the mail room of my building for days.

GBAmazing customer service! Amazing customer service!! I ordered a product and they had to refund me because they didn’t have it in stock. Then they found 3 and emailed me and texted me to be sure I was aware and able to receive them. They mailed them out that day and I received them 3 days later. They had to change the availability online for me to be able to order. And they were so kind and friendly!! They are wonderful!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

GBGreat Customer Service Hands down the best customer service I've experienced in a LONG time. Far too often companies are nonchalant or even rude to customers when they have questions about their order. I was confused about the timeline for delivery on an order I placed and Elevate Styles answered my questions promptly and with professionalism. I will most definitely be ordering from them from now on!

GBI can’t speak for the quality of the… I can’t speak for the quality of the product as I am still waiting for the item 2 weeks later, I have ordered from all the wig companies and this is the slowest. If you’re in a rush to have your item before a vacation, would not recommend. Personally if I don’t receive my product by the end this week, will be looking into a refund
