When an order was missing or taking an unusual amount of time Amanda reached out to fix it! Their support team is always friendly and helpful and most importantly quick to respond. From wigs to make up to clothing I have not ever once been disappointed in the quality.

I purchased a wig from this site and… I purchased a wig from this site and then was made aware that it could be found for less than half the price at other online retailers. Really predatory business practices that the business owner has made no effort to hide (now that I'm more knowledgeable and have done my research). She purchased the positive reviews here by offering incentives and using a bot farm. Taking advantage of vulnerable or even ill women is so reprehensible. Please do your due diligence.

Never a Problem I cannot even think of one bad thing to say about the wigs and cosmetics I have purchased (and won) from RG. I went through some medical issues which caused me to lose a lot of my hair. I turned to wigs as an option. The confidence I gained was through the roof! I felt like a Goddess! Amanda and her staff have always delivered. Always have excellent communication, caring, empathetic, and quality customer service. The giveaways, generosity, and plain transparency of how she is with her business and her family shows that her company is truly a family run business which is truly amazing

Long shipping times but worth it. Great "tribe" feel. Customer service can be great but they won't take returns even if its never left the warehouse. Owner is very involved, cares about her customers. Shipping can take a long time so be prepared especially if it's a special order. The wigs are good quality. I have my fair share of them, I have EDS and some hair thinning so this really helps my self esteem and changing colors and styles is so up lifting.

You don’t get that personal touch and one on one experience. I highly recommend this site. I also love that she offers a payment plan with sezzle.
