Never a Problem I cannot even think of one bad thing to say about the wigs and cosmetics I have purchased (and won) from RG. I went through some medical issues which caused me to lose a lot of my hair. I turned to wigs as an option. The confidence I gained was through the roof! I felt like a Goddess! Amanda and her staff have always delivered. Always have excellent communication, caring, empathetic, and quality customer service. The giveaways, generosity, and plain transparency of how she is with her business and her family shows that her company is truly a family run business which is truly amazing

TOTAL SCAM!! I ordered the “Persuasion” wig based on the video online and the pictures of a soft brown color, with clear blond highlights. It was an expensive wig, but I decided to go ahead based on the style and color. The wig I received was dark brown, with an overall reddish cast, nothing like the pictures and video. The dark color looked very harsh on me; I reached out to RG and asked to exchange the wig for the correct color as shown in the video. After a lot of back and forth, I was told the color I received IS the color in the video, which is impossible - the wig I received has not ONE blond hair in it!! I know monitors can make colors looks different, but there is no chance that the wig I received is the same color as the advertised wig. I was told no refund, no credit towards a future purchase, no exchange. The misleading video and pictures are STILL on the website. I believe the wig in the video is human hair, and the synthetic wig I received is a cheap China-made knock off. This site is a SCAM. I am contacting PayPal to reverse the charge. BEWARE!!

RG is an All Around Amazing Company!! The customer service is amazing! Amanda takes her own personal time to help recommend the most flattering wigs for buyers. She interacts with her customers across all social media platforms and should any problem or issue arise, she works tirelessly to resolve things to the customers satisfaction. I have done 10 transactions with RG and plan to do more. RG is truly like a family.

A company you can trust! I have purchased many times from Rebel Gypsy and have received what was described and shown. When an order was missing or taking an unusual amount of time Amanda reached out to fix it! Their support team is always friendly and helpful and most importantly quick to respond. From wigs to make up to clothing I have not ever once been disappointed in the quality.

Refused my order cause someone who works for her doesn’t like me I am thoroughly disgusted with Rebel Gypsy and owner Amanda. I placed an order and she turned around and refused my order. She refunded my money, blocked me from the company entirely with no explanation as to why. I do know that one of her gals that does lives for her doesn’t like me and is all about drama. So I’m sure this individual has bashed me to the owner and the owner has sided with her and has chosen to ban me. I’m not the only one she has done this to. A sale is a sale. If you’re going to keep refusing orders because your employee doesn’t like someone, you’re going to go out of business. This company and the individuals that promote it are all fake and two faced…..stay clear from this company!!
