5 Star Customer Service Although the product may not have been what I needed, this company has stellar customer support and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Personal tastes come and go; but, a company that does the right thing - and promptly at at that - gets 5 stars from me.

So many sculptural applications Sorry for the long time in replying, but took a long time in arriving, but then again I'm on the other side of the pond. Tried the powder, and was very impressed, maximum hold and added so much body to my fine hair. The more you use, the more sculptural effects you can create. Impressive!

But they sent me a 3rd bottle and refunded my money asap. With that type of great service in getting a positive outcome, I intend on buying more if it does its job. Thanks guys
