PKHello , Hello , I purchased 2500 Units from this brand with the company name Taj Products to resell on Amazon. Our old Amazon account suspended due to address varification, we made a new account to sell our 2500 inventory. We requested to Rohan to shift the invoice but he say no we will not shift. We requested to please take your inventory back and refund us, Rohan say sorry. This is how this brand is doing with their authorized customers. We are again requesting here to please help us as our investment is stuck.

BERe-routing success Shipping to Europe means high import charges. Had to reject the delivery as import duties were double the product price. Tribal Chimp were kind and did an efficient job re-shipping it to my sister in the U.S. We’ll have to wait to use it but appreciate the great customer service.

GBAVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE Apparently a delivery with UPS was attempted. This never happened. No UPS card and I was in when supposed delivery happened. Now told to pick up from post office, but no details of where. Should know better than to order something from Instagram. Seriously avoid this company. Just nonsense. TOTAL SCAM.

NLProduct never arrived Looked very promising from the ad, so decided to get 3x styling powder + comb deal. Did not receive anything after 3 weeks and the tracking update says it’s sitting with EU customs. It has been 8 weeks now and the package was returned to US with the note: delivery attempted in September(?!) Package delivery was missed due to unavailable addressee or closed office. Yeah right, seems that they tried to send it as a mailbox package which wont work in NL because a mailbox entrance is 2-3 cm wide and only fits an envelope so no package wont fit. Called UPS 3 times and they directed me to a different department all 3 times and finally suggested to have the package resend by the seller in the appropriate manner. Not going to do that, enjoy my 35$, well played.
