Awful hair quality I ordered weft hair in jet black 18inch just under a week ago and I’m so disappointed with the hair, it just doesn’t curl, they fall out very quick and they look horrible straight, I usually use beautyworks but they are getting very expensive so I tried clip hair! It’s getting so knotty and just hangs in bunches rather than nice and smooth, I use professional products for hair extensions, I feel like they may have synthetic hair mixed in! I’m so upset that I’ve wasted a lot of money and need to take them out! I will be contacting customer services!

Best affordable hair I recently bought these because of how thin my hair is and I'm trying to bring back my confidence. These are by far the best tape ins I've purchased. They're extremely soft & pretty and the hair quality looks and feels amazing.

This is my third order and the clips… This is my third order and the clips have detached from the weft. I reached out to the company to ask how to sew the clips back on, and have had no response. Hair quality is good, but not clearly not wearable if the clips detach from the weft after only 2 weeks. I hope to hear back from the company soon.

You customer service is excellent You customer service is excellent. I’m just disappointed that your ice blonde curly clip ins are not a pure white which is what your sample shows on your site however, the hair has yellow tones which ice blonde should not. Unfortunately, that is why I need to return the sets I purchased. Hopefully in the future you will carry a true ice blonde which will match my own hair. Thank you
