CAHighly recommend ordering elsewhere Highly recommend ordering elsewhere, unless you’re ok to expect an extra $113 fee charge, to pick it up at a post office (not where you wrote for it to be delivered). It’s been over a week going back and forth with customer service and I still haven’t been granted a refund for the extra charge. Very sneaky and not fair.

GBI've recently had the not so great… I've recently had the not so great expirience with cliphair.com. On the surface, it almost looks good, but it's not any different from other websites. It didn't take long to register an account, but the page layout is not so userfriendly. I had to wade through clutter and long lists of items to find what I wanted. Prices are reasonable and the product selection is good, but there's not much information about them. Communication with customer service is difficult and they are not always responsive to messages. Payment was easy and secure, but delivery took way too long. Overall, I can't say that I would recomend cliphair.com to someone who is lookig for a hair product.

CAThis is my third order and the clips… This is my third order and the clips have detached from the weft. I reached out to the company to ask how to sew the clips back on, and have had no response. Hair quality is good, but not clearly not wearable if the clips detach from the weft after only 2 weeks. I hope to hear back from the company soon.
