Consistently excellent quality… Consistently excellent quality products. The double drawn extensions are truly double drawn- same thickness and quality top to bottom. Love the nano ring extensions-they’re great for fine blonde hair. We used itips for years before trying the nano rings- also great quality but can sometimes be seen through fine hair. The nano rings are so small and discrete, and stay in place a lot longer than the I-tips did on fine hair.

When I ordered the extensions it said… When I ordered the extensions it said free 90 day return or exchange but I haven’t been able to return or exchange it. The extensions are really uncomfortable are don’t blend with my natural hair.

I've recently had the not so great… I've recently had the not so great expirience with cliphair.com. On the surface, it almost looks good, but it's not any different from other websites. It didn't take long to register an account, but the page layout is not so userfriendly. I had to wade through clutter and long lists of items to find what I wanted. Prices are reasonable and the product selection is good, but there's not much information about them. Communication with customer service is difficult and they are not always responsive to messages. Payment was easy and secure, but delivery took way too long. Overall, I can't say that I would recomend cliphair.com to someone who is lookig for a hair product.

Split ends !!! I wanted some extensions for my birthday and my hairdressers recommended cliphair. I bought 2x 20 inch blonde tape ins. When they arrived they looked lovely and a perfect match but on closer inspection once they where put in by my hairdresser I've noticed almost every hair has multiple split ends , which is such a shame as they won't last and cost alot of money. Sadly I'm not happy and don't recommend

Highly recommend ordering elsewhere Highly recommend ordering elsewhere, unless you’re ok to expect an extra $113 fee charge, to pick it up at a post office (not where you wrote for it to be delivered). It’s been over a week going back and forth with customer service and I still haven’t been granted a refund for the extra charge. Very sneaky and not fair.
