The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced If there was a way that I would give them zero stars, then I would do that. My experience with you guys are the worst. Your customer service is worse than that. And I am very upset and unsatisfied with your customer service due to the fact that I never received my package and there is nothing that you guys are doing about this. The bottom line is that I’ve did not receive my package and although that it is been proven that FedEx had delivered the package. I never received the package and for your company to state that I sold the package is totally outrageous and I am very upset about this.

Deliver was quick and the order was… Deliver was quick and the order was accurate- the hair arrived in a nice green velvet bag- installed last night- so far, so good. I personally didn't like the ends, and just trimmed them off; they really wanted to tangle. I probably should have ordered 16" or 18", not 14" depending on how this hair wears, if I reorder, I'll get it longer.

I’m upset because I ordered hair i was… I’m upset because I ordered hair i was so excited to look descent and feel good but I noticed after two days it’s still says order status order placed so I hit them up and they are telling me we are going to send it then they say oh it looks like some fraud with your order so I showed confirmation of purchase and then they say again ok we are going to send it out asap. Two days later I’m like any update they tell me oh we don’t have your color anymore. They offered black but my hair is not black I wanted ginger smh I’m uoset

Not my favorite The hair was not as thick as I am accustomed to however, I did a bleach bath and it would not lift past dark brown from black. This hair is not 100% raw and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are not concerned with coloring the hair.
