I have ordered hair from Queenhair many… I have ordered hair from Queenhair many times. I’m always happy with the hair when I receive it, and it usually only takes a few days to get it. I continue to order from them because I trust the quality and customer service.

I’m upset because I ordered hair i was… I’m upset because I ordered hair i was so excited to look descent and feel good but I noticed after two days it’s still says order status order placed so I hit them up and they are telling me we are going to send it then they say oh it looks like some fraud with your order so I showed confirmation of purchase and then they say again ok we are going to send it out asap. Two days later I’m like any update they tell me oh we don’t have your color anymore. They offered black but my hair is not black I wanted ginger smh I’m uoset

The hair wigs are very full and the is… The hair wigs are very full and the is beautiful. My only problem is that sometimes the wigs run small and sometimes they are running large. I wish you had a choice of sizes. I've bought wigs that sometimes were too small and the next time the wig fits perfectly. Most of the wigs aren't big head friendly.
