I lovee this wig I lovee this wig. The color is beautiful. Fast shipping & delivered before estimated date. One of the members, Jennifer reached out to me after my purchase, keeping me updated on the status of my order. She was very helpful polite.

Poor Quality I received two closure that was defective. The hair was of poor quality. I reached out to the company and they refused a refund. They told me to comb the hair and put water and oil on it. The hair looked patchy like it had a ball spot. I would not recommend this company. They are fraudulent!!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced If there was a way that I would give them zero stars, then I would do that. My experience with you guys are the worst. Your customer service is worse than that. And I am very upset and unsatisfied with your customer service due to the fact that I never received my package and there is nothing that you guys are doing about this. The bottom line is that I’ve did not receive my package and although that it is been proven that FedEx had delivered the package. I never received the package and for your company to state that I sold the package is totally outrageous and I am very upset about this.
