Not my favorite The hair was not as thick as I am accustomed to however, I did a bleach bath and it would not lift past dark brown from black. This hair is not 100% raw and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are not concerned with coloring the hair.

DEPENDABLE This is my second time ordering from queen hair and it's the great customer service and communication for me. I get the kinky straight hair because it blends well with my natural hair. The bundles are soft, long lasting, and barely shed. Good stuff!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced If there was a way that I would give them zero stars, then I would do that. My experience with you guys are the worst. Your customer service is worse than that. And I am very upset and unsatisfied with your customer service due to the fact that I never received my package and there is nothing that you guys are doing about this. The bottom line is that I’ve did not receive my package and although that it is been proven that FedEx had delivered the package. I never received the package and for your company to state that I sold the package is totally outrageous and I am very upset about this.

I have ordered hair from Queenhair many… I have ordered hair from Queenhair many times. I’m always happy with the hair when I receive it, and it usually only takes a few days to get it. I continue to order from them because I trust the quality and customer service.

Poor Quality I received two closure that was defective. The hair was of poor quality. I reached out to the company and they refused a refund. They told me to comb the hair and put water and oil on it. The hair looked patchy like it had a ball spot. I would not recommend this company. They are fraudulent!!!!
