I have had two falls while wearing a… I have had two falls while wearing a Trauma Void helmet, both resulted in hitting my head quite soundly. In both cases I was absolutely fine - no headache, and thankfully, no concussion. I am now a huge proponent of the MIPS technology. And, the new dark blue microfiber helmet with the two subtle sparkly lines is really beautiful. I get compliments on it all the time. Plus, recently, I received half off my new helmet after sending in my old one. Love this helmet and recommend to all my students and friends.

Trauma Void Helemet I bought my husband a Trauma Void helmet - he trains racehorses and is hands on. He gallops them also. I bought it after reading the tech specs about the MIPS. In February 2019 we had a freak accident on track - basically a forward rotational fall driving him into the ground - horse ended up dead on top of him. Doctor at the emergency room said the helmet saved his life. No brain bleed or fractures but severely concussed. Thank you Trauma Void for being such a superb helmet!!!

My trauma void helmet saved my life… My trauma void helmet saved my life after a fall, and the MIPS avoided a concussion. I needed to replace the helmet after the fall, and the Trauma Void Customer service department was quick to assist in any way! They were prompt in issuing a half off voucher since I had purchased the helmet within the same year, and the ordering process and quick delivery made it all worth it! Will never buy another helmet brand again!

The MIPS intrigued me, the comfort made me buy it. I’ve had my EQ3 now for several months and have been very pleased with it. I wore it comfortably through the hot summer months. It’s comfortable and stylish. But most importantly, I purchased it because of the innovative MIPS layer. As a neuro nurse and long-time helmet advocate, my safety is of utmost importance. The level of safety offered by this helmet, especially at this price point, can’t be beat!
