The way they dealt with me was very seamless from ticket booking assistance, transportation in Istanbul (to and from hotel to clinic). Bob Allen was in full support the whole time and very responsive to all my inquiries. Tugce, their team member in Istanbul, was very caring and attentive to my needs while I was in the clinic. She made sure that I was feeling alright and comfortable pre-operation, during operation and post-operation.
