This company is the worst company I… This company is the worst company I EVER dealt with, they lied and all they want is more money and never complete your project. It's been over 2yrs now and my original project never got done, it went from this person to that person, and everyone who have a hand in my project never seems to move It anywhere or no longer with the company. They are liers and deceivers. If I would have know I would have never dealt with them. They don’t return your calls and my things just not useful to me the most ghetto company every not professional at all

Stole my money and never complete the project. This company is the worst company I EVER dealt with, they lied and all they want is more money and never complete your project. It's been over 3yrs now and my original project never got done, it went from this person to that person, and everyone who have a hand in my project never seems to move It anywhere or no longer with the company. They are liers and deceivers. I've been asking for my refund for this failed project for over a year and nothing has been done matter of fact they stop answering my email, they might have blocked me. The customer support line is a joke and I emailed them too. I wish I had never come across American logo designer because they are not to be trusted. So I hope somebody read this and don't make the same mistake I did..STAY AWAY.

Weird from the beginning Weird from the beginning. Got some low effort designs that looked like they just put it through a font generator. Paid for the largest package of unlimited revisions and stationary and social media branding and I get no response. I've left emails, voicemails, and live chatted and get nothing. Waste of time and money, go elsewhere.

I never received what I paid for I never received what I paid for. I was sent random logos in random formats. I did not receive the promised print logos, t-shirt logos, etc. Edit: After posting this review the company reached out to me almost immediately (even though their reply said they “had no record of my purchase”). On July 18th I received the promised stationary files. They were still trying to upsell me and have me remove my original review prior to delivering my product. My original order was on April 25th. The overall product was OK, the communication and sales tactics were not OK.
