I give it 5 stars with a few things to… I give it 5 stars with a few things to keep in mind: Maybe the timing wasn't perfect and maybe it wasn't the best possible quality, but this company gave me a bargain price, were direct and honest, and were always willing to hear me and work with my preferences or situation. Mark Wilson was excellent and if I had any issues, he immediately rectified it. In the end, I got what I needed for now and Im content.

Great company and constant communication from Program manager! I use American Logo Designers for my logo and website design. I love working with Samatha Jones, who is my PM for this project. She provides daily updates and great savings on all the work they were doing. The cost of the project is affordable and I appreciate her patience while dealing with my busy work schedule. Great company and I will definitely do business again with them in the future.

Use Others' Copyrighted Designs This is not an American company. They are in India. This is just another version of Branding Agency, Inc. They change names frequently due to bad reviews. I don't care they are Indian, but I can't stand deceit. I wanted a refund. Their process for creating a logo was too slow and their designs were mediocre and almost exact copies of other people's copyrighted work. They refused. I don't know how they get such good reviews here. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Weird from the beginning Weird from the beginning. Got some low effort designs that looked like they just put it through a font generator. Paid for the largest package of unlimited revisions and stationary and social media branding and I get no response. I've left emails, voicemails, and live chatted and get nothing. Waste of time and money, go elsewhere.
