GBReally incredibly rude customer… Really incredibly rude customer service, Paul.. Patronising and uncompromising and quite frankly insulting and abusive. The expensive basic service just gives you a pdf, which is a free product. They do not clearly advertise that you dont get a flipbook until you the second service up, which is $100's - this is after they take $200 for a free pdf. Its a con. Stay away from this awful company. Plenty of free competition out there. I have reported them for fraud

USBetter than ISSUU, Hands Down! I love FLIPSNACK! We considered ISSUU and a few other online platforms to make our magazine but Flipsnack stood out with the many wonderful digital features. Our favorite is the embedded video feature that does not open in another browser but stays in the magazine page along with the clean and modern layout that is completely customizable. I love the support I receive from Customer Service each time I reach out. Consistent each and everytime.
