Very unclear description with … Very unclear description with subscription in terms of what you are receiving as far as flip files go. Spent much time and effort trying to download just a simple flipfile, which is all I wanted. However, even with the many chats in the service provided, it was always confusing and there was never a direct answer as to why I was not able get a copy of the flipfile which i spent a lot of time working on, just so that it can be downloaded in that exact format as it was displayed, only to be told eventually that i would have to upgrade! very disappointing. there should be clear indications as to EXACTLY what one is getting!

Great program. Thank you! We love how easy it is to upload our PDF booklets to the platform. From there, the dashboard does a really good job with organizing all the different functions. The customization is not only robust, but not difficult to use. Easy access to the embedment code has allowed us to truly take advantage of the digital books.
