GBText formatting bug huge problem! Update: FlipSnack fixed the text editor bug that prevented us from publishing. Fix took several weeks and required several customer support reps to re-diagnose issue. That said, my review has improved. For weeks I have been going in circles with customer service having to prove that the view one sees in their EDITOR mode is different from the published mode. In short, the text box formatting has a bug and you cannot access the html to correct it. I have sent them several screen shots of the two and the obvious discrepancy and I have been getting back lame answers, mainly blaming me. Today they admitted to the bug. But clearly others would have encountered an error simply caused by coping text boxes! Awful.

GBReally incredibly rude customer… Really incredibly rude customer service, Paul.. Patronising and uncompromising and quite frankly insulting and abusive. The expensive basic service just gives you a pdf, which is a free product. They do not clearly advertise that you dont get a flipbook until you the second service up, which is $100's - this is after they take $200 for a free pdf. Its a con. Stay away from this awful company. Plenty of free competition out there. I have reported them for fraud

GBFlipsnack Made Me Stand Out as a Marketing Professional! I'm a Marketing Manager and whomever I'm working for, I introduce Flipsnack and flipbooks as a premiere marketing tool. Some employers were like, "Well, I don't know if that will work for us. We've never done it that way." So, I'd spend about 30-40 minutes, depending on the length of the flipbook and content, images required, bring it back to them to see and they're all obsessed and now want me to create flipbooks for all kinds of things! Told you! Lol. Sales have skyrocketed. Flipsnack has elevated my marketing skills, it's easy to use, high tech, and very professional looking. It makes the competition pale in comparison. I highly recommend Flipsnack. I've been creating beautiful flipbooks with them for years, which has greatly attributed to my personal success, as well as for any company that I work for.

FRthe tool is mostly working the tool is mostly working. but there is little problems, and i don't get precise answer with customer care (in think they are humans, but give answer like bots). moreover, there are at the limit of being thieves, living with bad information of your subscription if you ever give them your credit card. worst customer care in 25 years in IT fields (and i manage a company using a lot of online service)
