GBBetter than ISSUU, Hands Down! I love FLIPSNACK! We considered ISSUU and a few other online platforms to make our magazine but Flipsnack stood out with the many wonderful digital features. Our favorite is the embedded video feature that does not open in another browser but stays in the magazine page along with the clean and modern layout that is completely customizable. I love the support I receive from Customer Service each time I reach out. Consistent each and everytime.

GBVery unclear description with … Very unclear description with subscription in terms of what you are receiving as far as flip files go. Spent much time and effort trying to download just a simple flipfile, which is all I wanted. However, even with the many chats in the service provided, it was always confusing and there was never a direct answer as to why I was not able get a copy of the flipfile which i spent a lot of time working on, just so that it can be downloaded in that exact format as it was displayed, only to be told eventually that i would have to upgrade! very disappointing. there should be clear indications as to EXACTLY what one is getting!

GBFlipsnack is a game changer! I enjoy using Flipsnack for company newsletters, invitations, events, etc. The platform has definitely elevated my output! I like the ability to add in my own photos, keep the project unlisted if needed, easily use templates for variety and overall, this platform makes the process to format very efficient. To be quite honest - I really like the page flipping sound!! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to step up their game!

GBText formatting bug huge problem! Update: FlipSnack fixed the text editor bug that prevented us from publishing. Fix took several weeks and required several customer support reps to re-diagnose issue. That said, my review has improved. For weeks I have been going in circles with customer service having to prove that the view one sees in their EDITOR mode is different from the published mode. In short, the text box formatting has a bug and you cannot access the html to correct it. I have sent them several screen shots of the two and the obvious discrepancy and I have been getting back lame answers, mainly blaming me. Today they admitted to the bug. But clearly others would have encountered an error simply caused by coping text boxes! Awful.
