Great customer support 1) Free trial feature should be improved - after 2 hours of building a book you try to download it and receive a notification that work will be lost unless you pay for a month subscription. Must be clear in advance. 2) Had some aspect with payment, Customer service resolved it within minutes - that part was nice above expectations.

Flipsnack is a game changer! I enjoy using Flipsnack for company newsletters, invitations, events, etc. The platform has definitely elevated my output! I like the ability to add in my own photos, keep the project unlisted if needed, easily use templates for variety and overall, this platform makes the process to format very efficient.
