My learners greatly appreciate the searchable feature to find answers, Learners are spending more time in the global reference library (MS Team Page) to find the answers they need. Really incredibly rude customer… Really incredibly rude customer service, Paul.. Patronising and uncompromising and quite frankly insulting and abusive. The expensive basic service just gives you a pdf, which is a free product. They do not clearly advertise that you dont get a flipbook until you the second service up, which is $100's - this is after they take $200 for a free pdf. Its a con. Stay away from this awful company. Plenty of free competition out there. I have reported them for fraud
