V12 Software is the Biggest Bang for your Buck! I have been using the V12 platform for the last 10 years and without question it is the best "bang for your buck" you will find when it comes to listing your vehicle inventory both on your website and through their automated processes onto numerous classified sites. The product is very easy to use and if problems do arise they are quickly remedied. I highly recommend V12 Software.

This company is essentially a scam This company is essentially a scam. They make big promises to get the sale but their delivery is beyond inadequate. In 2 weeks, I went through 3 different support people. Each one had no idea how to correct their errors. What they said was automated was actually a manual update done by a person. So if that person doesn't know what they are doing, the results are junk (as they were in my case). After about 20 emails and 5 phone calls to try to get them to make their software do even half of what they promised I canceled the contract.

Great Experience I have had great experience working with V12 and specially Carl East, with regards to syndications and face book marketplace as well as the website setup for my business. They to put the right effort to make things work. Thank you again.

Loss of leads and poor customer service We are a vehicle dealer, and were promised a price per month. 1. They did not honor that price and charged us the amount that we did not agree on, also to mention we never got payment confirmation. 2. They are very difficult to get ahold of, at first they talk you through everything, then when I tried to contact all three of the people I was speaking to, via email as well as direct phone to ask questions and get help regarding many concerns, I could not get ahold of anyone and when I did, I never got direct answers from any of them. 3. I asked three times for a receipt of the charges they charged my card for, which I never got confirmation/receipt of, and had to call back many times just to try and get a receipt, as well as request for refund which they claimed I was going to get an email for as well. Still have not got either four tries later. 4. This caused not only delays in our business as well as loss of customers, but is very stressful when you cannot even get a receipt and a call and/or email back. 5. This software actually made our leads go down significantly.

They are always looking for ways to grow and improve and their last upgrade with Qualifying leads truly changed the game for our business as they took on all of my leads and answered them professionally and brought so much more business through the door!
