If you don't care about UX/UI, I recommend this tool. The chatbot and store feature in MMIO is excellent, but I'm not a fan of its current user interface/usability. Every time I use it, I feel discouraged because I don't feel good about the user experience. So I stopped using it; I'll wait until they redesign their interface before using it again. Overall, the tool is good, the founder is committed to improving the product. If you don't care about UX/UI, I recommend this tool.

Everything you need to run your campaigns I was one of the pioneer subscribers back then. At the time, my focus was only on E-Commerce along with the chatbot automations. Had disappointments for sure, but over the years, the platform evolved and what's nice was the team behind reached out to their customers and personally introduced us to features that we are not utilizing much via webinars and recorded sessions. And the changes applied were carefully thought of based from the user feedback to improve the usability and experience. Definitely recommended even for beginners.

Easy and friendly software I've been using MMIO for almost a year and this software really helps my business. You can still run your business even you are sleeping, working or having a travel with family or business partners, using MMIO you can automate your business. I recommended this MMIO to my students and partners and they were thankful and grateful to me. It was easy to set that's why they loved it! The tutorials were easy to follow and understand.

Very Good Job MMIO Team! I'm a long time user of this app. I've been subscribed even before the beta phase more than 2 years ago. I have tried other apps but the MMIO is the one that I love the most because they have given me all that I need for my online store to run smoothly and reduce some of my repetitive task of responding to customers. The auto-responses also made my store looks more legit and made me able to provide most information to my customers even without me checking the messages. The bot auto-responses is very easy to construct and very user friendly. I'm able to auto-respond the customers messages from Facebook post and in the messenger as well at same time which is very good. Moreover, this app offers so much more and everything you need to succeed in eCommerce business. I will surely choose this app again in the future when I return to eCommerce business.
