Admin support is active and replies immediately. as a newbie, I appreciate this much. I love the digested tutorials which make it easier to review specific features that this platform offers. PHEverything you need to run your campaigns I was one of the pioneer subscribers back then. At the time, my focus was only on E-Commerce along with the chatbot automations. Had disappointments for sure, but over the years, the platform evolved and what's nice was the team behind reached out to their customers and personally introduced us to features that we are not utilizing much via webinars and recorded sessions. And the changes applied were carefully thought of based from the user feedback to improve the usability and experience. Definitely recommended even for beginners.
