PHIf you don't care about UX/UI, I recommend this tool. The chatbot and store feature in MMIO is excellent, but I'm not a fan of its current user interface/usability. Every time I use it, I feel discouraged because I don't feel good about the user experience. So I stopped using it; I'll wait until they redesign their interface before using it again. Overall, the tool is good, the founder is committed to improving the product. If you don't care about UX/UI, I recommend this tool.

INI was not confident to choose them as j… I was not confident to choose them when they launch mmio and i was using manychat. Now, I really am loving their service and thier customer support is too notch. I don't give ratings usually but i beleive these guys deserve it. Long way to go buds♥️

PHEverything you need to run your campaigns I was one of the pioneer subscribers back then. At the time, my focus was only on E-Commerce along with the chatbot automations. Had disappointments for sure, but over the years, the platform evolved and what's nice was the team behind reached out to their customers and personally introduced us to features that we are not utilizing much via webinars and recorded sessions. And the changes applied were carefully thought of based from the user feedback to improve the usability and experience. Definitely recommended even for beginners.
