They have been able to continue targeting our business’s demographic so that the traffic to our Instagram account has not slowed one bit! Social media is really the only way for us to gain brand exposure and target our customer base currently, so Jumper has been a life saver for us!

GBThe service really does work! The service really does work! I did the Queen Bee subscription. Customer service is incredible! I ended up cancelling but not their fault at all! It was only because I don’t want to grow my social media right now. Investing in its growth- I felt like I had to be on it and I don’t like doing reels lol! My account grew 2K in a few months even without me being consistent. I’m switching back to podcasts or I would not cancel the subscription. With that said one of the nightmares to many of these IG growth companies is not being able to cancel. I’ve experienced so many scams! That’s why I share this part. When I go back to wanting to grow my social I will not look around for anyone else, I will sign back up for that package. It is really hard to find someone you can trust in this field. You can trust Colton and his team in Jumper media!

GBDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Started a three month special and everything was great. Had a couple excellent calls with the lady Farrah who was assigned to my account and was getting followers and then nothing. Turns out she “left” and her replacement never contacted me or responded to my emails. I submitted a cancelation form and was told someone would reach out. They never did. In the mean time IG threatened to suspend my account in August. It too Jumper 3 months to ask me for a new password. The minute I gave them my new password IG suspended my account. I cannot even use their services. They have not responded, no way to contact anyone. Definitely not worth the money

GBNot sure why this company has a 4.7 Not sure why this company has a 4.7. I'm 99% sure they wrote fake reviews. They're absolutely horrible and we started noticing red flags when they're team members were leaving the company without a heads up. The founders ignored us for months even though they read our emails. When they finally responded, they didn't refund our money but only tried to upsell. Really unethical team.
