Sales & Orders makes my life easier as a VP of Marketing I've used Sales and Orders for so many years I can no longer keep track. Their app integrates with my BigCommerce store and they manage my AdWords, making my life much easier. My account manager Avry is fantastic, always going above and beyond to help me optimize various marketing campaigns.

Complete, total waste of money. Unfortunately, despite my high hopes for S&O, it was a complete, total and utter failure for my business. 100% waste of money. My Google Ads performed infinitely WORSE after implementing their campaigns for nearly a month. I ended up reactivating my old campaigns.

This company is fraud This company is fraud! We have had nothing but issues with them. Bigcommerce fired them from their platform because of the fraud. According to BigCommerce they received several and they emphasized several complaints about them so they removed them from the BigCommerce Apps. Buyer beware.

Only use if you like to light money on fire. Terrible. Continually underperform targeted / needed breakeven ROAS. They did check-in call once a month and then just stopped. My campaigns have never performed so poorly...ever. I came from Logical Position to go with S&O and I wish I never left. TLDR: Use as feed tool if you wish but don't let them run your ads
