Flagship Technologies
GBFantastic vendor of Google feeds! Scott at Sales & Orders listened to what we at Flagship Technologies needed help with (our Google feed shipping prices) and came through with a great suggestion that fixed our issue! Highly recommend - Scott is very knowledgeable and answered our question same day as asked, in fact he answered within minutes. An example of the kind of company you want to deal with. Thank you!

GBOnly use if you like to light money on fire. Terrible. Continually underperform targeted / needed breakeven ROAS. They did check-in call once a month and then just stopped. My campaigns have never performed so poorly...ever. I came from Logical Position to go with S&O and I wish I never left. TLDR: Use as feed tool if you wish but don't let them run your ads

VNNever contact Support Email Never contact support even send to the official email. I can't receive any email back. That's terrible support ever. I have experienced many feed platform however the Sales & Order can not feed the product to Microsoft Merchant Center at the first time. It need to take several days or even longer to feed the product. That's so terrible to cost you around 20$ for 100k products.

GBWith so many mom & pop agencies out there, S&O is a cut above the rest. I've been working with Sales & Orders for the better part of a year now and couldn't be more pleased. My account rep, Brian Fratello is a counter-part from a 3rd party company every marketer wants on their side. His knowledge, unbiased advice, and patience really make you feel like you're the only account he has. He stakes his reputation on your success and believes in what he sells.

GBI am very happy with Sales and Orders I am very happy with Sales and Orders. My business is growing ever since they took the wheel with my Smart Shopping Campaign. I am especially glad that Avry Sieh was appointed in 2022 to be my account manager. He is on top of everything and keeps me posted on the tweaks and changes that are moving the dial in the right direction.
