AWESOME partner for our SEM Shopping Ads We've been working with Sales & Orders for approximately 4 years and they manage the shopping campaigns for our BigCommerce store. Their app directly integrates with our store and product catalog which saves both parties a lot of work. Our Account Specialist, Avry Sieh, has been excellent at getting our ROAS for both Google and Bing higher and consistently performing well. They actively monitor our campaigns each month and optimize for sales. We really feel like we have a partner to take this off our plate. It allows us to focus on running the business. Only use if you like to light money on fire. Terrible. Continually underperform targeted / needed breakeven ROAS. They did check-in call once a month and then just stopped. My campaigns have never performed so poorly...ever. I came from Logical Position to go with S&O and I wish I never left. TLDR: Use as feed tool if you wish but don't let them run your ads
