Only use if you like to light money on fire. Terrible. Continually underperform targeted / needed breakeven ROAS. They did check-in call once a month and then just stopped. My campaigns have never performed so poorly...ever. I came from Logical Position to go with S&O and I wish I never left. TLDR: Use as feed tool if you wish but don't let them run your ads

Plenty other better options We used Sales and Orders to run google ads campaigns for two websites. Big big mistake. They are a very unprofessional company. Even after you cancel the service, they will keep charging your card. In a particular month they spent 10 X more than the budget we had allocated to them for google shopping with no results. There are many better options in the market. Avoid these guys at all cost.

Great Company I've been with Sales & Orders for a couple years and I wasn't sure about the value of our investment until I a was assigned our current account manager, Nicki. She has made massive strides in getting the best bang for our buck, is super personable and overall great to work with. She makes this stuff look easy and has increased our sales just in the few short months she's been assigned to us.

Sales and Orders Sales and Orders has been great with setting up our shopping feeds with Google, Bing, and Facebook. Their team are experts at managing the feeds. Herman has been our campaign manager and has been great at trying to achieve are ROI goals. He is always watching our campaigns and looking for new ways to improve the performance.

Never contact Support Email Never contact support even send to the official email. I can't receive any email back. That's terrible support ever. I have experienced many feed platform however the Sales & Order can not feed the product to Microsoft Merchant Center at the first time. It need to take several days or even longer to feed the product. That's so terrible to cost you around 20$ for 100k products.
