Herman has been our campaign manager and has been great at trying to achieve are ROI goals. He is always watching our campaigns and looking for new ways to improve the performance.

Only use if you like to light money on fire. Terrible. Continually underperform targeted / needed breakeven ROAS. They did check-in call once a month and then just stopped. My campaigns have never performed so poorly...ever. I came from Logical Position to go with S&O and I wish I never left. TLDR: Use as feed tool if you wish but don't let them run your ads

This company is fraud This company is fraud! We have had nothing but issues with them. Bigcommerce fired them from their platform because of the fraud. According to BigCommerce they received several and they emphasized several complaints about them so they removed them from the BigCommerce Apps. Buyer beware.
