Top of the line quality hair The company sent me so many gifts, very much appreciated. The hair was extremely soft, precut and pre bleached and pre curled it doesn’t get better than that.

BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a wig that they claim they didn’t have available because it needed to be customized but I needed it for my vacation. I thought maybe ordering it two weeks in advance I would have it on time. They requested I order a shorter length so I decided to cancel my order. Item was never shipped out and my Refund has been stuck on processing for over a week now. Reached out about my refund and no email back. I will never order from them again. Customer service is horrible. Very bad experience from this merchant. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Professional, prompt, and responsive This is my third time working with Nadula and they have been very responsive throughout my order. I've worked with alot of other companies and Nadula is definitely the best. I will say this, no product is perfect and there may be times that you may receive hair that it is not up to par. While this is disappointing, Nadula cannot oversee every single product that ships so what I will say is to reach out to them and let them know so they can continue to improve quality control. In terms of density, go for 180% or more. The pre-bleached hairline is the best on the market for those of us who are medium skin tone with a yellow undertone, most of the other laces I find are too dark for me or too orange. Run, don't walk!

I took a leap of faith … I have purchased Nadula wigs several times and they have never disappointed me. I have an autoimmune disorder so I wear wigs because I have to, not because I want to and Nadula wigs makes it easier to bare. The wigs are soft and the yaki wigs looks like it’s growing out of my scalp. I’m so glad I gave them a try.
