BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a wig that they claim they didn’t have available because it needed to be customized but I needed it for my vacation. I thought maybe ordering it two weeks in advance I would have it on time. They requested I order a shorter length so I decided to cancel my order. Item was never shipped out and my Refund has been stuck on processing for over a week now. Reached out about my refund and no email back. I will never order from them again. Customer service is horrible. Very bad experience from this merchant. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.
