Wow what a helpful, caring and polite company! Wow I have to retract my rating I sent out. This company is amazing. They read my review and called me personally and solved the issue within 2 days. I have received the correct item the hair is soft and beautiful and I most definitely will use this company again. I will also recommend them to my family and friends. I appreciate them for helping me and making sure I was taking care of!

The Worst! (Update) Terrible. The hair comes with this corn chip smell and it’s super hard to get out. Update: Customer service has since contacted me and helped resolve this issue in a timely manner. I am very impressed. Once the smell was removed the bundles were actually really good hair. They barely shed and it held a curl.

Love the hair! Love this company. This is my second time buying from them. I bought a 5x5 HD closure the first time and abosulutly love it. So the second time I bought the straight bundles to use with my closure for the second time and it look so good! The lace is undetectable and natural looking the bundled are so soft! Im in love lol. I will definitely buy from them again and im even considering going to their shop. I gave them 4 stars because of shipping. I paid for expedited shipping on Tuesday at midnight and didnt receive it until Friday afternoon so that was disappointing. The good out weigh the bad I love my hair!

Initially had problems hearing back… Initially had problems hearing back from the company but they assured me there was some issues with logistics. As far as the HD closure it’s beautiful, haven’t had it installed yet but I’ll keep you posted.
