GBI would have given 5 stars except they … I would have given 5 stars except they sent me a navy blue coat instead of the black I ordered without explanation that even though offered the coat in black when I ordered it. When I called to confirm the mix-up, they had no more black in my size. I love the coat and it was on sale, so I will keep it, but I would have appreciated a note or email explaining the circumstances.

GBJenni and Jim have big business… Jenni and Jim have big business selection with small business attention to detail and customer service. I was in a bind once with a new horse, freshly imported and clipped, with no blanket to fit him. Jim delivered a perfect blanket to his stall door the same day! Jenni has helped me find show clothes that fit well and look coordinated. They are both knowledgeable horseman who give expert advice. Glad to know both of them!!!!’

Their pricing was excellent as was the shipping and information Paradise Farm & Tack provided. I was able to order a large tote and wallet for my wife's birthday, confident that she would be very pleased with the products.

GBHorribly Slow Processing Time Great price, but horribly slow processing time waiting for my order to ship. I ordered my boots on the 3rd, and didn't receive them until the 24th. I was given a tracking number when they shipped, and did receive them in 2 days. However, I was not notified of how long it would take before my order shipped. I am pleased with the response time of their customer service and prices. However, I would have rather paid more and gotten my order within 2 days from Amazon Prime.
