My husband and I left our corporate jobs to be able to use our talents in an area where our passions lie - our horses and our farm. Shipping Issues For some reason when I made my order, the Wearhouse never shipped it. When I called a week and a half later the customer service said she would take care of it. She did and they arrived about a week later, finally. I'm Not sure what the disconnect was, but it was slightly frustrating. It would have been nice if they had shipped them more quickly than ground after the mistake.... The boots I ordered are perfect and I am quite happy with them though.

Paradise Farm & Tack Paradise Farm & Tack, has a good selection of products and some good deals. I love the rewards program. The only issue I've had with them is their lack of communication when orders are back ordered or delayed and for me it's a pretty big issue. I do not feel I should have to call every time I order to find out that my orders have been delayed. However, I was pleased to get a response to my email, personally inquiring as to ideas I felt could help to smooth this issue out. To me that shows they DO want to resolve the issue and actually do want my business. Other than that 1 issue it's a good company.

Terrific customer service. I got great prices on several pieces of outerwear for my horse for next year at the end of season Warehouse Sale. My orders were packed securely, shipped promptly (with notice to me that they were going out), and were received within 2-3 days of ordering. I will definitely order from this company's website again. 100% satisfied.

Happy with helmet and more! I placed an online order for a helmet for my daughter for Christmas. It came as ordered, in a very timely manner and well-packaged. They had a great special going on for points toward future purchases that led to a second purchase of a new pair of breeches that my daughter chose and loves as well.

I would have given 5 stars except they … I would have given 5 stars except they sent me a navy blue coat instead of the black I ordered without explanation that even though offered the coat in black when I ordered it. When I called to confirm the mix-up, they had no more black in my size. I love the coat and it was on sale, so I will keep it, but I would have appreciated a note or email explaining the circumstances.
