GBBUY IT! After seeing videos on Facebook and Instagram, I decided to give the tymo ring a try and it has been my favorite hair tool I've ever purchased. Not kidding, I get compliments all the time that my hair look silky and healthy. I threw away my old hair straightener because I have no use for it Anymore!

GBI’m in love!😍 Today I purchased & used my Tymo ring & I love it! I appreciate this product so much. Especially with 4c hair! I couldn’t believe how fast & accurate the results were! 10/10 i recommend!

GBUnfortunately only worked few weeks Unfortunately only worked few weeks . I Purchased a PORTA device TYMO on the 24th of February. Did worked well for 3 weeks and then stop charging . I did contact customer service and support team but my problem was not solved . I payed already and send videos /messages .They did sent me info about how the device works. I did try their approach. I left charging for hours blue light flashing but didn’t set so device was not charging . I feel frustrated waiting for options . Shall I return so the support team could check it out ? Did I do anything wrong ? Fuse is burn? Maybe but still the blue light is flashing . I wouldn’t be rude or abusive and if it was something that I have done I shall take responsibility for it . I just wish that the same can be done to the other side from the company itself

GBI wish I'd found Tymo sooner! I have been using my Tymo Curlgo for over a month now and am absolutely obsessed with it! I love the no tangle feature, it makes curling my hair an absolute breeze, without the worry of damaging my hair. I also love that burning my self is impossible and the automatic curl takes a ton of the pressure away from my hands. No more hand pain from doing my hair, I absolutely LOVE this product!

GBBe cautious of this company The TYMO Porta is great when it’s working, but unfortunately it rarely is. I’ve gone from having a malfunctioning item, to an item that doesn’t work at all. I’ve been communicating with TYMO since March, which has been a painful process, with them asking me to send multiple videos before they ‘accept’ the item for return (they still haven’t). I also wrote them an honest company review, which they don’t seem to have authorised to appear on their website. Please be cautious of this company, their customer service is really poor, and you may end up losing money.
