A lot of the time I have no energy left or am in too much pain to do my hair so I just leave it a frizzy,wavy mess. I saw these and decided, after watching various review videos, to give them a go and I’m so glad I did. These have been a game changer ! The fact that I can straighten my hair straight from bed without having to wash and blow dry it first is amazing The results are so smooth and it’s so easy to use. If you’re in 2 minds, I recommend giving them a go . I’d be surprised if you’re left disappointed

GBLove their products!!! I bought their “Ring Plus”, and loved it so much to refresh my “Silk Press” that I bought their “Airflow”! This was perfect, and allowed my “Silk Press” to last for 3 weeks…still looking silky, and bouncy! I loved it so much I decided to buy the “Air Hype”…and do my own “Silk Press”! Wonderful…love their products!!!

GBI got the TYMO Ionic Hair Straightener… I got the TYMO Ionic Hair Straightener Brush and it is now my favorite! I have really thick, long hair and this tool straightens it in one pass! I love it! I’ve used this for about 4 months now and quickly realized that this would be my go to hair tool for everyday use.

GBUnfortunately only worked few weeks Unfortunately only worked few weeks . I Purchased a PORTA device TYMO on the 24th of February. Did worked well for 3 weeks and then stop charging . I did contact customer service and support team but my problem was not solved . I payed already and send videos /messages .They did sent me info about how the device works. I did try their approach. I left charging for hours blue light flashing but didn’t set so device was not charging . I feel frustrated waiting for options . Shall I return so the support team could check it out ? Did I do anything wrong ? Fuse is burn? Maybe but still the blue light is flashing . I wouldn’t be rude or abusive and if it was something that I have done I shall take responsibility for it . I just wish that the same can be done to the other side from the company itself

GBI was skeptical about buying as all of… I was skeptical about buying as all of the reviews on their website seemed to be 4/5*. I was constantly seeing videos on social media. I eventually bought the porta pro. I wasn't satisfied with it as I didn't feel it got hot enough and it didn't seem to work on my hair and made it more frizzy. I then started having problems where it wouldn't work whilst plugged in and then it kept turning itself off as though the battery was flat. I then charged for several hours and the device now won't power on. It just flashes but doesn't work. I contacted customer service for a refund who have only offered a partial refund of around £26 if I keep the item, otherwise I have to self fund return overseas postage to get 'full' refund, however will lose a significant amount on the return postage costs. Disgusting service for a defective product.
