I was one of the 1 star reviews a few months ago... I was one of the 1 star reviews a few months ago because I had little to no sales, and I honestly thought it was a scam but I was wrong. 5 months in, my store became profitable. Turns out that they were right all along about Amazon needing to trust my account. So for anyone else on this boat, either ride it out or leave a review and feel silly in the end like me. For transparency, I did buy some addons like advertising for my Amazon account since it made sense. Cant say that this will work for everyone but I know it did for me.

The last two months with Why Unified… The last two months with Why Unified have been very straightforward and easy. I signed up because they started supporting the Canadian market and I am pre-registered for Europe. I like the dashboard access that I have, it's very easy to understand and gives me clear direction. I'm satisfied, but not fully, with the sales and it is very clear that everything is heading in the right direction. I'll be considering adding Walmart to my plan in addition to Amazon Prime soon. Some delays here and there with getting things up and running, but overall, the people I am working with are very attentive and responsive.

Customer service is... Customer service is 10/10. Everytime I called in, they knew me by name. Idk if it's because I called so much but their team always took the time to answer my questions and walk me through how everything works.

Sat through the sales call today Sat through the sales call today and what stood out to me the most is the fact that it was like a webinar with other interested people in it which made it really engaging and transparent since everyone got to ask questions I woulden't have asked. Spent 9k for zero results Spent 9k for zero results. 4 months in and not one sale. Purchased a beauty store as part of my plan. They added one single product to my store for sale. It isn't a beauty product at all its laundry detergent. Not what you'd expect for a beauty store. No wonder zero sales. Yet they advertise "start seeing results in two weeks", laughable. On top of that, they're impossible to reach too. Don't waste your time and money, stay far away.
