Been Waiting Weeks On Refund! Been waiting on my refund for several weeks. All they will do is tell me that I am in que with billing. I requested a more specific answer when it still had not arrived but they will NOT give me one. Told me I just had to wait and be patient. I think waiting several weeks IS being patient. My contract was for 6 months and there were no sells AT ALL. Only one product was ever put into the store. It was listed at 5 dollars above competitors. Amazon itself even wrote to me pointing that out. Wow! 9000 dollars I paid these people and I absolutely will be getting an attorney, if I still don't have my money back by the end of the week. I trusted this company because of a famous shark from Shark Tank enforcing it. I could not imagine him to be involved with anything not trustworthy and he gave it a big endorsement. It's possible that this company grew too fast and couldn't handle it but that's not "my" problem. They should honor the refund promised in a timely manor. I did receive an email stating the cancellation of my contract was accepted and that they had sent the request to billing where I was in que but that's where the story ends and that was weeks ago.

This is a scam. This is a scam. They promised a guaranteed ROI of at least 92k for the Walmart channel. I invested 12k, and here I am, over five months in and not a single sale. The customer support department keeps saying this is normal. SCAM

This is my 4th ecom store... This is my 4th ecom store. I've made 6 figures online and this is one of the legit companies out there. The biggest value prop is that I got to sell products that aren't saturated, got my own product listings, and their fulfillment was top notch. Same day shipping and very low order defect rates which is really important. Avg profit is about 43% for me which is excellent since the sales volume is high. When this is done right like they do it, it's really profitable. Big thank you to Jacob for giving me white glove service.

I was one of the 1 star reviews a few months ago... I was one of the 1 star reviews a few months ago because I had little to no sales, and I honestly thought it was a scam but I was wrong. 5 months in, my store became profitable. Turns out that they were right all along about Amazon needing to trust my account. So for anyone else on this boat, either ride it out or leave a review and feel silly in the end like me. For transparency, I did buy some addons like advertising for my Amazon account since it made sense. Cant say that this will work for everyone but I know it did for me.
