Pssst off I ordered a wig on Dec 8… Pssst off I ordered a wig on Dec 8 still haven’t gotten my wig yet Sunber has been paid the full price of the wig. The WhatsApp system is joke got no where with that emailed they said my hair was out of stock make another choice still haven’t gotten the hair I paid for. Yet you have my money it’s now Dec 27th past the 3 to 5 business days my hair was to arrive. Well guess what if I don’t get what I paid for Facebook, Tik Tok, instagram, YouTube and any other platforms will be hearing that your hair company takes peoples money and they receive no product I work hard my money not to give it away but to receive what I paid for.

Honesty I’m so dissapointed Honesty I’m so dissapointed. The hair is so thin at the top, with exposed tracks. Seeing these reviews, I don’t think they will return it. The phone number to cal isn’t even connected. The crazy thing is on the site it says you would have to pay to return the unit, even if its defective. The unit I purchased was 150 dollars for my birthday and it’s not even usable. I’ve never been this dissapointed with a wig ever. Please don’t use them.

You can’t go wrong with Sunber! I purchased my wig and it shipped out the next day! Got it in three days with standard delivery, no other company has ever shipped and delivered anything to me so fast. I received timely emails and text messages keeping me updated with my order which was nice. This is my fourth time ordering with Sunber and their customer service never falls short of fantastic. The wig is sooo soft, didn’t have any smell, true to length, very full and can be worn right out the box. This is my go to hair company! No Longer a Skeptic I was skeptical about purchasing this wig because I had a very bad experience with buying wigs online in the past (they never looked like the picture). I ordered the Piano Brown 14" on a Friday and got it on the following Monday! Far quicker than I expected! I love the quality of the wig, I just thought it would be a slight more dense. But it still works- I can't wait to wear it. I will be buying another wig from Sunber Hair soon.
