Wish I could rate a ZERO! Wish I could rate a ZERO!! I purchase Feb 6/24 and it wasn’t until I emailed and messaged 1 week later did they say my item was out of stock! I have been trying to get a refund since then and all they do is give you the run around ! I think this company is a scam! I have purchased previously and never had an issue. I email and send messages on WhatsApp which is a total joke! They want to send a gift on my next purchase as an apology!! I want my damn money back, never ordering from this POS company again!! Let see if this gets posted on the site but I don’t care as I will be posting it online on many different platforms !

Honesty I’m so dissapointed Honesty I’m so dissapointed. The hair is so thin at the top, with exposed tracks. Seeing these reviews, I don’t think they will return it. The phone number to cal isn’t even connected. The crazy thing is on the site it says you would have to pay to return the unit, even if its defective. The unit I purchased was 150 dollars for my birthday and it’s not even usable. I’ve never been this dissapointed with a wig ever. Please don’t use them.

I absolutely love sunber hair 😭 the… I absolutely love sunber hair 😭 the hair they send is always soft, full and the glueless wigs have been such a game changer. I recently bought a curly ginger wig and while there were some issues with receiving the package. Sunber wasted no time fixing the issues and then reaching out to me to make sure not only did I receive my package, but also that I was satisfied. Please if you do nothing else purchase from sunber hair. This recent incident has made sunber my go to human hair wig company
