They pushed me to leave a positive review on trustpilot just after a few days I was using their service. Of course I didn't. After many misunderstandings and issues I asked to close my account and to refund the remaining balance (more than 150 $) but they never answered me.

I Thought it could be a scam… Fairly new company which got me to investigate it before doing business, the fact that they opened recently got me afraid that it could be a scam but after talking to other costumers I gave them a shoot. everything is great so far, and John always replies fast and is really kind, Start High also has a good support and is ready to answer even after Facebook working hours, they are online almost every hour of the day. Give them a chance as well, if you are looking for a friendly and professional agency this is a good option.
