Best Support Team Out There! I started working with Starthigh Agency 2 weeks ago. I must say their support is extremely quick, especially when it came to top ups, opening new ad accounts, or simply any requests. Their ad accounts are stable (so far, fingers crossed) The team is excellent and I'm looking forward to a long term relationship with these guys!

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY Their customer service is horrible, it seems that they don't have any experience with google ads. They pushed me to leave a positive review on trustpilot just after a few days I was using their service. Of course I didn't. After many misunderstandings and issues I asked to close my account and to refund the remaining balance (more than 150 $) but they never answered me.

S C A M !!!! Scam!!! Beware of this agency. I was skeptical, but relieved by how fast I received my new ad account. Everything was going smoothly until I realized that top-ups are not being completed on my ad accounts as sent after several weeks. I have experience from before with ad accounts and this is not how it goes! The owner is not responding so please beware. I lost money and time due to this and my client is suffering and I will probably lose him due to this. Super stressed!!!!!

I Thought it could be a scam… Fairly new company which got me to investigate it before doing business, the fact that they opened recently got me afraid that it could be a scam but after talking to other costumers I gave them a shoot. everything is great so far, and John always replies fast and is really kind, Start High also has a good support and is ready to answer even after Facebook working hours, they are online almost every hour of the day. Give them a chance as well, if you are looking for a friendly and professional agency this is a good option.
