Very disappointed with the whole transaction! Very disappointed with the higher price I paid for an unnatural looking piece of rubbish! It took MANY weeks & two emails to receive it. When it finally came it was cheap looking & NOTHING like the colour I ordered! Their excuse was they can't guarantee the colour on my computer screen matches the colours they advertise! DONT buy from these crooks. I feel cheated. Too late for refund even as it took too long to get here to Australia, as I'm fairly sure it came from China! I paid $5 for one similiar previously from China which actually was better!

Exceeded my expectations! I was referred to JuvaBun by a friend when I complimented her hair - I immediately bought two for myself and two for my daughter! They are absolutely fantastic! I have worn mine about every other day since it arrived. I prefer the small messy bun for everyday wear. My 17 yo daughter likes the bigger messy bun better. Shipping was quite fast - our order arrived within days. Also - when I had a question about color match, the customer service team was incredibly responsive and solved my issue immediately - definitely exceeded my expectations. One of my most favorite purchases of the summer! Highly recommend!!

The site was easy to navigate and the selection of products was adequate. Products were despritely displayed and I found the infomation I needed relatively quickly. Prices were averafe so no comlaints there. Customer service responded to my inquiries promptly so that was a plesant surprise. I expereinced no problem with the ordering process and my purcahse was in my hands in no time. All up I had an ordanyry, but satisfacotry, expereince with Juvabun.
