Love LuxHair Wigs I have purchased several of the Sleek Bob wigs in various colors and I absolutely love them. I get so many compliments on them and people cannot believe I am wearing wigs. UPDATE OF MY REVIEW: I purchased two wigs from LuxhairNOW on March 1 (the same day I gave this review). I paid in full the same day I ordered. Today is March 21 and after sending 3 emails and attempting to call the customer service number they provide (not in service) I have no response, no wigs nor any refund on my purchase. I am so so disappointed I could cry. Was so looking forward to getting my new wigs and I can't even get in touch with anyone to find out what happened.

I bought my Sherri Shepard wig from … I bought my Sherri Shepard wig from QVC about two months ago and it's now feeling very dry and frizzy on the ends . I contacted Luxhair via Facebook about the horrible condition it was in after just two months and was told to get a leave in conditioner, I did and it didn't help at all. It's dry and stiff feeling nothing like when I first got it. I bought another one from the luxhair website and now waiting for it to arrive to see it maybe I use got a defective one. I really want to love the wig, but after two months it's a waste of money if they are all going to end up a dried frizzy tangled mess.

Glad to have found Sherri's website!… I first saw Sherri's wigs on a shopping channel. I loved what I saw but was hesitant to purchase then. Several days later I decided to try the Pixie. So I goggle Sherri's wigs and found her website. I ordered the Pixie and was thankful for the payment plan. I will definitely recommend the website to my friends because of the ease of shopping.

Confirmation process Have not received order yet however suggest there is a way to track order. Got confirmation of order but no link to track shipment. Website is pretty low tech as well. Color swatches are very small. Most sites have a full model pic of each colour. Looking forward to receiving my orders.

still Waiting I had no qualms about the web page and ordering except I would like to choose a color and see a picture of that color on the style I'm considering. Would help somewhat when choosing color. Otherwise the ordering process was easy. I couldn't give it a 5 until I actually get my order. Excited hope I'm not let down. UPDATE: I never received my order. I ordered 3 different styles. A couple of weeks after I ordered, I got an email saying my order was on back order with no delivery date. After another 2 weeks. I sent them an email canceling the order. Now I am waiting on my refund. Sooooo disappointed !!!
