They are honest and legit.... I love the pretied haircovers, very conveinant for going Shabbat service, I wish they would make the tails on some much longer so I can wrap them up like a Tichel.... that would be perfect, instead of actually always having to mess with tying the whole Tichel.

Great Turbans I had purchased a pack from on online retailer, and they were out of stock. My sister fell in love with them so I had to track them down. Found the identical items from the manufacturer on Coveryourhair.com, plus additional offerings. Wear them around the house, out while shopping, and anywhere that I do not want to wear a baseball cap. Great material. Wonderful selection of colors. Never received item When I first found the site via search engine, I asked a question that took ONE WEEK for them to reply to (with an unhelpful answer). I ordered an item anyway, and after 10 days emailed a query about why I hadn't received it. They sent me a 'tracking' page' showing a delivery to my zip code area, accompanied by a message that "It was delivered". I checked with the Post Office with no success, and let CYH know that if it HAD been delivered, it wasn't to me and would they re-ship? NO REPLY. AT ALL.

I had an averge experience shopping on… I had an averge experience shopping on coveryourhair.com. Nothing noting was remarkble. Product quality was fien. Prices aremanaged, not too costly. Online site is not complicated, it was bearley to use it wiyh comfort. Shipping and handeling was managed flatly. It took some days eventhough they have an express delivery. But they have some differnt kinds of payment methods, so we cna choose the one we want to use. All in all all was averge. No surprises.

Great Items, shipping and processing issues! I love the items that I received from coveryourhair.com, however, like the last 2 times I have placed an order, there were some issues. I placed an order on a Sunday, paying for 1 day shipping. My items did not arrive until Friday, and that was only after 2 angry emails and a followup angry phone call. Their customer service rep on the phone was wonderful to work with and made sure to take care of my issues.
