Good Selection, Got it fast! I really like my tichel from Cover Your Hair, although it wasn't the color that I chose...or maybe the color that was depicted on the internet did not clearly depict the realistic color? I'm not sure. I think there needs to be a better way to describe the colors, because CYH does have a great selection of colors but they aren't really paired with color descriptions all the time. So this leaves one to wonder "did I actually get the color I want?". Overall my experience was great though. The tichel is great, it is easy to tie, easy to wear, it looks good! I would definitely buy from CYH again. Shipping is fast, fast, fast. :)

So Easy! The item arrived quickly, well-packaged, and best of all - I love the headbands and scarves I ordered! The colors were exactly as they were shown online, the quality is good, and the headbands are so easy to use. I definitely recommend the site, especially since the prices are great and they always seem to be running sales.

Never received item When I first found the site via search engine, I asked a question that took ONE WEEK for them to reply to (with an unhelpful answer). I ordered an item anyway, and after 10 days emailed a query about why I hadn't received it. They sent me a 'tracking' page' showing a delivery to my zip code area, accompanied by a message that "It was delivered". I checked with the Post Office with no success, and let CYH know that if it HAD been delivered, it wasn't to me and would they re-ship? NO REPLY. AT ALL.

GREAT WEBSITE AND SNOODS ARE THE BOMB ! I really appreciate the 11per cent discount and when you offered the 32 per cent off I reordered three additional snoods. Good looking coverings and fast delivery. I also like the informational e-mails and videos on braiding. Fabulous service. Customer service also gave me efficient help with an on-line problem. I am a repeat customer, therefore the service is always great! I am always happy with the products that I purchase from Coveryourhair, they are honest and they ship fast! They are honest and legit.... I love the pretied haircovers, very conveinant for going Shabbat service, I wish they would make the tails on some much longer so I can wrap them up like a Tichel.... that would be perfect, instead of actually always having to mess with tying the whole Tichel.
