Customer disservice! Placed an order for a few Hair coverings ordered one item in silver received gold. Was made to feel stupid when contacted company to address my issue. Representative would not admit the error insisted I was wrong. All I was looking for was an apology I was made to feel like I was trying to cheat them. Would never buy again nor recommend to anyone. Bad experience!

Never received item When I first found the site via search engine, I asked a question that took ONE WEEK for them to reply to (with an unhelpful answer). I ordered an item anyway, and after 10 days emailed a query about why I hadn't received it. They sent me a 'tracking' page' showing a delivery to my zip code area, accompanied by a message that "It was delivered". I checked with the Post Office with no success, and let CYH know that if it HAD been delivered, it wasn't to me and would they re-ship? NO REPLY. AT ALL.

Lots of choices and quick transaction There are lots of hair accessories on this site. One of the items I ordered became out of stock and the company quickly emailed to let me know and they immediately refunded my money for the one item. All other items came as described on the website. I only have one suggestion, and it's based on personal preference: you have really short netted snoods and the extra long netted snoods - how about a medium length netted snood? That would be great.

Good selection of items Have ordered from this company a few times. Only had to return an item once and blessedly did not experience the issues some others have had in returning an item. Love the pre-tied bandanas and have ordered many. One was not of the quality I expected and got a small hole in it after the first washing, but I stitched it closed and now am able to wear it again. Price wise they are comparable to others who offer similar products, not better than, so for the aforementioned issues they get a little less than a perfect rating.

Great Turbans I had purchased a pack from on online retailer, and they were out of stock. My sister fell in love with them so I had to track them down. Found the identical items from the manufacturer on Coveryourhair.com, plus additional offerings. Wear them around the house, out while shopping, and anywhere that I do not want to wear a baseball cap. Great material. Wonderful selection of colors. Have recommended the site to friends who are undergoing cancer treatment or just want a nice looking head covering.
