I placed my order on September 2nd and… I placed my order on September 2nd and I still haven’t received my hair and now it’s the 26th even tho It says I have Express shipping. I was told after placing my order it takes a couple days for shipment but it’s been weeks now. Guess I will have to cancel my order due to lack of service and I still haven’t heard from anyone when I contacted ksdeluxe about my issue.

Fraud! I purchased the 613 bob unit and it is nothing like the pictures. The lace melted perfectly but the ends of the hair were so stiff and thin. I tried to support a small business but now I instantly regret it.
