I placed my order on September 2nd and… I placed my order on September 2nd and I still haven’t received my hair and now it’s the 26th even tho It says I have Express shipping. I was told after placing my order it takes a couple days for shipment but it’s been weeks now. Guess I will have to cancel my order due to lack of service and I still haven’t heard from anyone when I contacted ksdeluxe about my issue.

Customer service is great Customer service is great. I received an email about a mix up with my order and it was handled so professionally and I still got the exact wig that I wanted. The quality of the hair is great. So soft and easy to comb through. Slight shedding but a normal amount. The lace melts fairly well and the package comes with goodies!
