I explained it was not working and sent them a video at their request, I have my rights to a full refund if faulty. This company is appalling they are sending out used products that don't work...please no one purchase from them I am now taking legal action and getting them looked into by trading standards. Need stopped quickly.

I don't think my product was genuine and it was faulty overheating,box was damaged probably someone had returned it to them !!!The reply I got pay for postage yourself! So save yourself do not buy as they send you faulty products and it in there terms and conditions you have to pay postage !!! I will try and speak to my credit card company to see if they can get back the money. They have no UK customer service !!! I bought the product direct with them from Instagram!!! Tik tok are selling identical product with the same box stating "5 in 1 Hair Dryer Brush Set" product £12 so product is not worth £55!! I hope someone might respond as I have given honest review and it's real review not fake!
