The product was delivered two weeks… The product was delivered two weeks ago, and it was damaged during shipping, being calling and emailing the company and not answers till this day , very poor customer service

Great straightener. Love my new titanium straightener. It has great features including the lighted digital settings, auto shut-off, and easily glides through my hair for a soft and silky feel. Great customer service, as well. Very happy with this product.
