GBI ordered the hair serum and when I… I ordered the hair serum and when I received the product it expired last year. I attempted to email customer service twice with no response back. Stand behind your product and don’t mail out expired goods. I am very disappointed after spending 99 dollars. Please send me a new hair serum that hasn’t expired already. Thank you.

JPI wish it could be purchased from Japan. I was disappointed that I couldn't buy it because they don't accept orders from Japan.

CAGreat product but faulty bottle I had been previously provided with a sample of the hair serum and loved it so I decided to purchase a bottle of it. I have given 3 stars because, while I love the product itself, the container was received defective. The plastic cap that protects the press down nozzle is sealed together and doesn't come off so I can't use the press down nozzle at all. The whole top part of the bottle (plastic cap and nozzle part) just keeps spinning on the bottle and the serum had leaked during shipping which was disappointing. It's a lot of money to spend to not be able to use the bottle as it is intended.

GBDid not receive full order I ordered the straightener and the serum for my hair and only received the straightener. I emailed them asking when will I be receiving the serum and still have not heard back from them.
