Great product wet n wavy I appreciate the quality of the premier lace wigs. I suffer from Alopecia totalis and your top quality wig products have brought me more confidence and more realistic looking hair. I am a new, true and now permanent customer. I love my wig and thank everyone/ anyone who donated the hair and who put the time and efforts in to create it for me.

I bought a wig meant to be 24 in 180… I bought a wig meant to be 24 in 180 density not as described want to return but the company want to charge me a restocking fee in addition to me having to pay to return the hair, even though it’s not as described. They want to offer me $10 to keep it. It is a shame as this company used to be my go to for quality hair extensions and wigs. You can see my response from the company that even though the item doesn’t fit the description they want me to pay return so in effect you’re asking me to shoulder the cost of a faulty merchandise without considering the customer. This is crazy not to mention the restocking fee which they have not mentioned here.density is not as described! Hair is not as described as it’s supposed to be 100% human hair and it has synthetic fibre mix.

Love how this company always sends me… Love how this company always sends me the correct custom size cap & colour I need unlike a few companies that have lied to me and sent me the incorrect size and I am not able to wear the wig! So I will keep purchasing from this company. :)

Disappointed Customer service was good whilst I was placing my order and the unit was delivered quickly even during the pandemic. The hair looked ok but had an odour. The lace was too dark for my complexion. After the first wash, during which dye started coming out, the texture changed. The back is particularly affected. It's coarse, dry, brittle and still has an odour. I am so disappointed.

I paid extra for the highest quality hair and I’m super satisfied. The silk top is bomb. The colorist is really well trained and it shows in is or her work!!! I recommend trying this company!!! Nothing but fabulous wigs one right after the other. Love them!!!!!
