I bought a wig meant to be 24 in 180… I bought a wig meant to be 24 in 180 density not as described want to return but the company want to charge me a restocking fee in addition to me having to pay to return the hair, even though it’s not as described. They want to offer me $10 to keep it. It is a shame as this company used to be my go to for quality hair extensions and wigs. You can see my response from the company that even though the item doesn’t fit the description they want me to pay return so in effect you’re asking me to shoulder the cost of a faulty merchandise without considering the customer. This is crazy not to mention the restocking fee which they have not mentioned here.density is not as described! Hair is not as described as it’s supposed to be 100% human hair and it has synthetic fibre mix.

I suffer from Alopecia totalis and your top quality wig products have brought me more confidence and more realistic looking hair. I am a new, true and now permanent customer.
