GBPoor Customer Service Let me first start by saying that, I love their wigs! It's the customer service that sucks. I've purchased several wigs from them, however, I tried to log in and the login site said that my password wasn't valid, so I proceeded to update it, using forgot password. I never received a link to change it and have used different emails to retrieve it,w/o success. I've called, no response, so I'm never able to use any points that I may have accumulated. Whenever I purchase from them, I'm basically checking out as a guest

AUWig was excellent quality Wig was excellent quality! The lace blends so well it’s crazy. I just can’t believe how real it looks. I’ll definitely order another wig from RPGSHOW. Also the customer service was really good, they kept me informed every step of the way and afterwards made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

GBMy experience with RPGshow for the past… My experience with RPGshow for the past five years has been great. The wigs are beautiful and you will never have to worry on the quality. Their quality of wigs are above reproach, best of the best and top notch. The styles are beautiful and real looking. I would say each wig is worth every dollar. The customer care rep,Tina, is honest, knowledgeable and always there to make sure their customers are satisfied.

GBNot Interested In Customers…only their money I made contact with Tina at RPG Show prior to ordering a unit to insure that my request was doable and within a reasonable timeframe. She responded very quickly advising that it could be ready in 4 to 5 days.I placed the order and received pictures of a unit 6 days later…not sure who’s unit and was advised that if it was ok…it would ship and I would get tracking information…this is the last I heard from them. I have emailed everyday since with no response. Upon checking…this is Chinese new year and it goes on for 15 days. So either this is a scam or they took the money and shut down to party for Chinese new year without advising their customers that there would be a delay or how about not accepting the job since I did email them prior to placing the order to make sure it was doable. Bottom line…this company cares nothing whatsoever about their customers…only their money…save yours and shop somewhere else.
