Extremely poor service Extremely poor service, and disgusting treatment of vulnerable customers.

Dangerous product, poor customer service I generally don’t leave online reviews of companies however with what I have experienced with Biozoon UK, I unfortunately cannot remain quiet especially when in my opinion highly vulnerable customers are being exploited and penalised. The original device we received dangerously overheated and melted, thankfully not in the hands of my mother who suffered a severe brain injury 7 months ago. Company arranged to have a replacement sent out with the photos we provided, and did not request for the faulty item to be returned therefore this unsafe device was disposed of. Replacement item never reached us over a time period of about 3 weeks and their courier service confirmed it was finally delivered to an incorrect recipient. When I alerted the company to this, they refused to send another replacement unless we returned the faulty unsafe device that had already been disposed of. They stated the only way my mum could receive another replacement device is if my mum paid for another device at 50% of the original cost. This would be in addition to the original payment she had already made. In my opinion, if Biozoon UK wants to treat highly vulnerable customers in this way while additionally depriving them of a quality of life by withholding this device said vulnerable customer has paid for, then I do not believe this company will do well. I regrettably cannot recommend this company, their customer service or safety of their products either. Addendum: in regards to Biozoon’s response to my review, all facts described above are accurate and can be evidenced.

I was shocked to see my wife I was shocked to see my wife, who suffered a major haemorrhagic stroke some months ago, receive an obviously faulty product from Biozoon, with the device getting hot and melting on first use. Fortunately she was not touching or using it at the time. Following this, there have been endless problems getting her a replacement or refund. The customer service has been shockingly poor with insults aimed at the family member who ordered the product for my wife. Very disappointing company to deal with, I would not use them again and I certainly couldn’t recommend Biozoon to friends or colleagues.

Very disappointed in this product Very disappointed in this product. After putting in batteries, the product melted! Very dangerous. Still awaiting a replacement and it has been 2 weeks… very disappointing. Would not recommend.
