GBI bought this for my husband who has Huntington’s desease I bought this for my husband who has been nil by mouth for over 3 years and is late stages Huntington’s desease. I bought extra sachet as there are others in the care home who benefit from this little bit of taste again, my husband was like a bird asking for more and his face just spoke a million words , I love it, he loves it and all the residents who use it enjoy it too. Fabulous for peg fed people, coffee, juice , soup the list is endless if tastes which would have been lost to none fed people, my husband has even had a tot of whiskey and coke . Thankyou for this amazing invention

GBBrilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! I got this machine for my son who few weeks back had gone Nil by Mouth. My son is loving it as it allowed my son to start tasting the drinks again. I tried it with different drinks (including coffee, tea, coke, squash, juices & also alcoholic drinks) & they all worked perfectly fine. I highly recommend everyone to try it.. it will definitely make a positive impact on the patient's life.

GBDangerous product, poor customer service I generally don’t leave online reviews of companies however with what I have experienced with Biozoon UK, I unfortunately cannot remain quiet especially when in my opinion highly vulnerable customers are being exploited and penalised. The original device we received dangerously overheated and melted, thankfully not in the hands of my mother who suffered a severe brain injury 7 months ago. Company arranged to have a replacement sent out with the photos we provided, and did not request for the faulty item to be returned therefore this unsafe device was disposed of. Replacement item never reached us over a time period of about 3 weeks and their courier service confirmed it was finally delivered to an incorrect recipient. When I alerted the company to this, they refused to send another replacement unless we returned the faulty unsafe device that had already been disposed of. They stated the only way my mum could receive another replacement device is if my mum paid for another device at 50% of the original cost. This would be in addition to the original payment she had already made. In my opinion, if Biozoon UK wants to treat highly vulnerable customers in this way while additionally depriving them of a quality of life by withholding this device said vulnerable customer has paid for, then I do not believe this company will do well. I regrettably cannot recommend this company, their customer service or safety of their products either. Addendum: in regards to Biozoon’s response to my review, all facts described above are accurate and can be evidenced.
