I had mentioned my issue, included a picture to verify my achievement, and said I had not paid anything for the award. Yet, I got asked to provide a pic and later asked if I paid money! Golf Clash earned Diamonds mistakes. Made correct. 2 or 3 still won't receive or give me anything. I worked hard & made sure it was downloaded 1st & loaded game 💯% Correctly every time. Honestly just started playing the game golf Clash less than 3 months ago but fell in love with it and now it kind of feels like it's a little different from when I began other than that you guys have opened up to two out of four or five of the gem or diamond mistakes. I almost fully completed the Monopoly and also coin master, and also that's dreams I believe is the last one.

Finally, a fast resolution This is the first time that I have received a reward that I had to request, in under a day. This is how it should be every time. Still has errors in the messages, such as the game I play being called something else, but hey, if it means getting the rewards quickly and correctly, then I will let that slide. Still not sure why I can get some rewards without having to request them, and others require interaction with Tapjoy CS though.

Quick and helpful customer care team Quick and helpful customer care team. However a lot of the apps featured do not pay out automatically and require contact with the customer care team. This isn't a fault of Tapjoy but I hope they are following up with these developers who I imagine have got out of paying for a lot of gems.
