I don't understand where's the problem - I am eligible for this offer, the status is 'keep playing', got rewards for another 3 or 4 tasks after buying this bundle so still eligible, there's only one Beginner Progress Pack in the game so you can't go wrong about this. If that would be only about the wasted time, I would have let it go, but I spent money and didn't get what I payed for. I got one automated response from TJ support, wrote again and now just silence. I had mentioned my issue, included a picture to verify my achievement, and said I had not paid anything for the award. Yet, I got asked to provide a pic and later asked if I paid money!
