I reached out to tapjoy support curious because I still use the app in question and even though they didn't have enough information on it they still did everything they could to make it right. Quick and helpful customer care team Quick and helpful customer care team. However a lot of the apps featured do not pay out automatically and require contact with the customer care team. This isn't a fault of Tapjoy but I hope they are following up with these developers who I imagine have got out of paying for a lot of gems.

Fast customer service Sam took over and was friendly and very responsive. She viewed my case/claim and took action as she saw fit. Very happy with the customer service so far, especially because I have a lot of contact with them.
