GBGolf Clash earned Diamonds mistakes. Made correct. 2 or 3 still won't receive or give me anything. I worked hard & made sure it was downloaded 1st & loaded game 💯% Correctly every time. Honestly just started playing the game golf Clash less than 3 months ago but fell in love with it and now it kind of feels like it's a little different from when I began other than that you guys have opened up to two out of four or five of the gem or diamond mistakes. I almost fully completed the Monopoly and also coin master, and also that's dreams I believe is the last one.

GBTapjoy support got back to me quickly Tapjoy support got back to me quickly. The support tech was positive and accommodating to my needs. I do wish you had an easier "start" process. I had mentioned my issue, included a picture to verify my achievement, and said I had not paid anything for the award. Yet, I got asked to provide a pic and later asked if I paid money! So why not handle all three questions up front? Thanks for making the little hiccups resolve and game play continues! Have a great day!

GBFrustrating at first but issue resolved :) I was going to rate 4 stars due to frustration with support realizing the actual issue, but I get it, they get busy and have to work quickly. Once someone saw the attachments, the problem was fixed very quickly. The support staff are fast and friendly as always. Thank you Kylo for fixing the technical issues so that others can receive their help now :)

GBI had to send a lot of personal info I had to send a lot of personal info, and multiple screen shot to prove I made the purchase. And then wait days to get a resolution. It’s discouraging to used tapjoy with a purchase. I have used it in the past with no problem.

GBThis company is fraud and customer… This company is fraud and customer service is a waste of time. All they do is send an automated message every time and never reward you properly. If you look at the reviews below about not receiving the rewards and trying to get help from support believe them It is absolutely ridiculous. Conversation ID 1900083. After NUMEROUS messages this is still not resolved. I constantly get automated messages that are no help. Just makes me submit another complaint and then it gets closed. Complete waste of time and fraud.
