GBTapjoy support got back to me quickly Tapjoy support got back to me quickly. The support tech was positive and accommodating to my needs. I do wish you had an easier "start" process. I had mentioned my issue, included a picture to verify my achievement, and said I had not paid anything for the award. Yet, I got asked to provide a pic and later asked if I paid money! So why not handle all three questions up front? Thanks for making the little hiccups resolve and game play continues! Have a great day!

GBHonestly it's not bad Honestly it's not bad but the inability to get new high reward games is lacking it's all the same it's quite sad 2 homescape 4 raid shadow legends all the same quests to level up ur game choices please the masses

GBFast customer service Sam took over and was friendly and very responsive. She viewed my case/claim and took action as she saw fit. Very happy with the customer service so far, especially because I have a lot of contact with them.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service! Have to do one reward ticket at a time when they dont reward it automatically as its supposed to. And to do this, you have to wait for them to close out the ticket for the last one. It will take me forever to 4 or 5 of them!
