I don't understand where's the problem - I am eligible for this offer, the status is 'keep playing', got rewards for another 3 or 4 tasks after buying this bundle so still eligible, there's only one Beginner Progress Pack in the game so you can't go wrong about this. If that would be only about the wasted time, I would have let it go, but I spent money and didn't get what I payed for. I got one automated response from TJ support, wrote again and now just silence. This company is fraud and customer… This company is fraud and customer service is a waste of time. All they do is send an automated message every time and never reward you properly. If you look at the reviews below about not receiving the rewards and trying to get help from support believe them It is absolutely ridiculous. Conversation ID 1900083. After NUMEROUS messages this is still not resolved. I constantly get automated messages that are no help. Just makes me submit another complaint and then it gets closed. Complete waste of time and fraud.

Thank you tapjoy support team I had an issue with an app that after a week or so it just disappeared off my reward wall but had been working great. I reached out to tapjoy support curious because I still use the app in question and even though they didn't have enough information on it they still did everything they could to make it right.
