GBRewards not received The game is fine and challenging. I downloaded this game to receive rewards I could use for another game. The 1st 2 levels I completed rewards were issued promptly. After completing the 3rd reward level, no rewards received. Customer service was contacted and response received indicating that I had received the reward but I have not.

GBFinally, a fast resolution This is the first time that I have received a reward that I had to request, in under a day. This is how it should be every time. Still has errors in the messages, such as the game I play being called something else, but hey, if it means getting the rewards quickly and correctly, then I will let that slide. Still not sure why I can get some rewards without having to request them, and others require interaction with Tapjoy CS though.

PLConversation ID: #1873100 Raid Shadow - I've completed 11 tasks on 13 so far and received rewards for 10. I still haven't gotten reward for buying Beginner Progress Pack a week ago. I don't understand where's the problem - I am eligible for this offer, the status is 'keep playing', got rewards for another 3 or 4 tasks after buying this bundle so still eligible, there's only one Beginner Progress Pack in the game so you can't go wrong about this. If that would be only about the wasted time, I would have let it go, but I spent money and didn't get what I payed for. I got one automated response from TJ support, wrote again and now just silence. GBFrustrating at first but issue resolved :) I was going to rate 4 stars due to frustration with support realizing the actual issue, but I get it, they get busy and have to work quickly. Once someone saw the attachments, the problem was fixed very quickly. The support staff are fast and friendly as always. Thank you Kylo for fixing the technical issues so that others can receive their help now :)
