Conversation ID: #1873100 Raid Shadow - I've completed 11 tasks on 13 so far and received rewards for 10. I still haven't gotten reward for buying Beginner Progress Pack a week ago. I don't understand where's the problem - I am eligible for this offer, the status is 'keep playing', got rewards for another 3 or 4 tasks after buying this bundle so still eligible, there's only one Beginner Progress Pack in the game so you can't go wrong about this. If that would be only about the wasted time, I would have let it go, but I spent money and didn't get what I payed for. I got one automated response from TJ support, wrote again and now just silence. Tapjoy support got back to me quickly Tapjoy support got back to me quickly. The support tech was positive and accommodating to my needs. I do wish you had an easier "start" process. I had mentioned my issue, included a picture to verify my achievement, and said I had not paid anything for the award. Yet, I got asked to provide a pic and later asked if I paid money! So why not handle all three questions up front? Thanks for making the little hiccups resolve and game play continues! Have a great day!

Quick and helpful customer care team Quick and helpful customer care team. However a lot of the apps featured do not pay out automatically and require contact with the customer care team. This isn't a fault of Tapjoy but I hope they are following up with these developers who I imagine have got out of paying for a lot of gems.
