Terrible customer service Terrible customer service! Have to do one reward ticket at a time when they dont reward it automatically as its supposed to. And to do this, you have to wait for them to close out the ticket for the last one. It will take me forever to 4 or 5 of them!

I don't understand where's the problem - I am eligible for this offer, the status is 'keep playing', got rewards for another 3 or 4 tasks after buying this bundle so still eligible, there's only one Beginner Progress Pack in the game so you can't go wrong about this. If that would be only about the wasted time, I would have let it go, but I spent money and didn't get what I payed for. I got one automated response from TJ support, wrote again and now just silence. Finally, a fast resolution This is the first time that I have received a reward that I had to request, in under a day. This is how it should be every time. Still has errors in the messages, such as the game I play being called something else, but hey, if it means getting the rewards quickly and correctly, then I will let that slide. Still not sure why I can get some rewards without having to request them, and others require interaction with Tapjoy CS though.

This company is fraud and customer… This company is fraud and customer service is a waste of time. All they do is send an automated message every time and never reward you properly. If you look at the reviews below about not receiving the rewards and trying to get help from support believe them It is absolutely ridiculous. Conversation ID 1900083. After NUMEROUS messages this is still not resolved. I constantly get automated messages that are no help. Just makes me submit another complaint and then it gets closed. Complete waste of time and fraud.
