I don't understand where's the problem - I am eligible for this offer, the status is 'keep playing', got rewards for another 3 or 4 tasks after buying this bundle so still eligible, there's only one Beginner Progress Pack in the game so you can't go wrong about this. If that would be only about the wasted time, I would have let it go, but I spent money and didn't get what I payed for. I got one automated response from TJ support, wrote again and now just silence. Thank you tapjoy support team I had an issue with an app that after a week or so it just disappeared off my reward wall but had been working great. I reached out to tapjoy support curious because I still use the app in question and even though they didn't have enough information on it they still did everything they could to make it right. Quickly also great job team thank you

I wasn't awarded the correct rewards… I wasn't awarded the correct rewards for a purchase, I emailed the team and provided the relevant purchase information and was awarded the reward. Dealt with professionally and im happy Thanks
