Conversation ID: #1873100 Raid Shadow - I've completed 11 tasks on 13 so far and received rewards for 10. I still haven't gotten reward for buying Beginner Progress Pack a week ago. I don't understand where's the problem - I am eligible for this offer, the status is 'keep playing', got rewards for another 3 or 4 tasks after buying this bundle so still eligible, there's only one Beginner Progress Pack in the game so you can't go wrong about this. If that would be only about the wasted time, I would have let it go, but I spent money and didn't get what I payed for. I got one automated response from TJ support, wrote again and now just silence. Rewards not received The game is fine and challenging. I downloaded this game to receive rewards I could use for another game. The 1st 2 levels I completed rewards were issued promptly. After completing the 3rd reward level, no rewards received. Customer service was contacted and response received indicating that I had received the reward but I have not.

Quick and helpful customer care team Quick and helpful customer care team. However a lot of the apps featured do not pay out automatically and require contact with the customer care team. This isn't a fault of Tapjoy but I hope they are following up with these developers who I imagine have got out of paying for a lot of gems.

Conversation ID# 1884864 I contacted Tapjoy regarding missing rewards. their new system is garbage. I have more than 6 rewards missing currently on the game RAID Shadow Legends. they are making me submit each claim one by one and i can not submit a claim until the other one is finished. The worst part about this is that they now have a time-limit in place for how long you can submit a claim after the game is completed. Thus, I will be missing out on over 200k+ gems because of this time limit and their lack of completing a simple request to obtain my rewards. I have spent more than $200 USD to earn these rewards and now will not have the opportunity to receive them. The only way i can see TapJoy making this right is by granting me the rewards for this game since i will run out of time to make the proper claims... Highly disappointed with the turn around time of claims and the new time-limit put into place for how long i can make a claim..... they are stealing money from you and putting it into the pockets of large games without providing the proper payout...

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service! Have to do one reward ticket at a time when they dont reward it automatically as its supposed to. And to do this, you have to wait for them to close out the ticket for the last one. It will take me forever to 4 or 5 of them!
