I don't understand where's the problem - I am eligible for this offer, the status is 'keep playing', got rewards for another 3 or 4 tasks after buying this bundle so still eligible, there's only one Beginner Progress Pack in the game so you can't go wrong about this. If that would be only about the wasted time, I would have let it go, but I spent money and didn't get what I payed for. I got one automated response from TJ support, wrote again and now just silence. Conversation ID# 1884864 I contacted Tapjoy regarding missing rewards. their new system is garbage. I have more than 6 rewards missing currently on the game RAID Shadow Legends. they are making me submit each claim one by one and i can not submit a claim until the other one is finished. The worst part about this is that they now have a time-limit in place for how long you can submit a claim after the game is completed. Thus, I will be missing out on over 200k+ gems because of this time limit and their lack of completing a simple request to obtain my rewards. I have spent more than $200 USD to earn these rewards and now will not have the opportunity to receive them. The only way i can see TapJoy making this right is by granting me the rewards for this game since i will run out of time to make the proper claims... Highly disappointed with the turn around time of claims and the new time-limit put into place for how long i can make a claim..... they are stealing money from you and putting it into the pockets of large games without providing the proper payout...

Quick and helpful customer care team Quick and helpful customer care team. However a lot of the apps featured do not pay out automatically and require contact with the customer care team. This isn't a fault of Tapjoy but I hope they are following up with these developers who I imagine have got out of paying for a lot of gems.

Golf Clash earned Diamonds mistakes. Made correct. 2 or 3 still won't receive or give me anything. I worked hard & made sure it was downloaded 1st & loaded game 💯% Correctly every time. Honestly just started playing the game golf Clash less than 3 months ago but fell in love with it and now it kind of feels like it's a little different from when I began other than that you guys have opened up to two out of four or five of the gem or diamond mistakes. I almost fully completed the Monopoly and also coin master, and also that's dreams I believe is the last one.

This company is fraud and customer… This company is fraud and customer service is a waste of time. All they do is send an automated message every time and never reward you properly. If you look at the reviews below about not receiving the rewards and trying to get help from support believe them It is absolutely ridiculous. Conversation ID 1900083. After NUMEROUS messages this is still not resolved. I constantly get automated messages that are no help. Just makes me submit another complaint and then it gets closed. Complete waste of time and fraud.
