I reached out to tapjoy support curious because I still use the app in question and even though they didn't have enough information on it they still did everything they could to make it right. Quickly also great job team thank you

PLConversation ID: #1873100 Raid Shadow - I've completed 11 tasks on 13 so far and received rewards for 10. I still haven't gotten reward for buying Beginner Progress Pack a week ago. I don't understand where's the problem - I am eligible for this offer, the status is 'keep playing', got rewards for another 3 or 4 tasks after buying this bundle so still eligible, there's only one Beginner Progress Pack in the game so you can't go wrong about this. If that would be only about the wasted time, I would have let it go, but I spent money and didn't get what I payed for. I got one automated response from TJ support, wrote again and now just silence. GBHonestly it's not bad Honestly it's not bad but the inability to get new high reward games is lacking it's all the same it's quite sad 2 homescape 4 raid shadow legends all the same quests to level up ur game choices please the masses

GBI had to send a lot of personal info I had to send a lot of personal info, and multiple screen shot to prove I made the purchase. And then wait days to get a resolution. It’s discouraging to used tapjoy with a purchase. I have used it in the past with no problem.
