PTGood afternoon Good afternoon, I really like the Justplay application. I liked some games that I played and completed. It's a shame that there isn't more variety of games to start playing, as Raid Shadow Legend was one of the games of this type that I could play again. I have some friends who play and recommend Justplay to me because of this game or this genre of game. gaming application that pays justplay and top 5 stars.

GBRewards not received The game is fine and challenging. I downloaded this game to receive rewards I could use for another game. The 1st 2 levels I completed rewards were issued promptly. After completing the 3rd reward level, no rewards received. Customer service was contacted and response received indicating that I had received the reward but I have not.

GBConversation ID# 1884864 I contacted Tapjoy regarding missing rewards. their new system is garbage. I have more than 6 rewards missing currently on the game RAID Shadow Legends. they are making me submit each claim one by one and i can not submit a claim until the other one is finished. The worst part about this is that they now have a time-limit in place for how long you can submit a claim after the game is completed. Thus, I will be missing out on over 200k+ gems because of this time limit and their lack of completing a simple request to obtain my rewards. I have spent more than $200 USD to earn these rewards and now will not have the opportunity to receive them. The only way i can see TapJoy making this right is by granting me the rewards for this game since i will run out of time to make the proper claims... Highly disappointed with the turn around time of claims and the new time-limit put into place for how long i can make a claim..... they are stealing money from you and putting it into the pockets of large games without providing the proper payout...

GBFast customer service Sam took over and was friendly and very responsive. She viewed my case/claim and took action as she saw fit. Very happy with the customer service so far, especially because I have a lot of contact with them.

GBFrustrating at first but issue resolved :) I was going to rate 4 stars due to frustration with support realizing the actual issue, but I get it, they get busy and have to work quickly. Once someone saw the attachments, the problem was fixed very quickly. The support staff are fast and friendly as always. Thank you Kylo for fixing the technical issues so that others can receive their help now :)
