I reached out to tapjoy support curious because I still use the app in question and even though they didn't have enough information on it they still did everything they could to make it right. Absolutely love this game Absolutely love this game! It is my one guilty pleasure game! I recently used some of the diamond offers to gain diamonds and some didn’t go through. Customer service was so quick and helpful restoring the lost diamonds! Highly recommend giving this game a try!

Finally, a fast resolution This is the first time that I have received a reward that I had to request, in under a day. This is how it should be every time. Still has errors in the messages, such as the game I play being called something else, but hey, if it means getting the rewards quickly and correctly, then I will let that slide. Still not sure why I can get some rewards without having to request them, and others require interaction with Tapjoy CS though.
