Fast customer service Sam took over and was friendly and very responsive. She viewed my case/claim and took action as she saw fit. Very happy with the customer service so far, especially because I have a lot of contact with them.

I reached out to tapjoy support curious because I still use the app in question and even though they didn't have enough information on it they still did everything they could to make it right. Many offers suddenly fail and do not… Many offers suddenly fail and do not reward even after you have done them, and support is completely unreliable. Continues to send you in an endless loop and waste your time. You would be better off talking to a brick wall to solve your problems

Absolutely love this game Absolutely love this game! It is my one guilty pleasure game! I recently used some of the diamond offers to gain diamonds and some didn’t go through. Customer service was so quick and helpful restoring the lost diamonds! Highly recommend giving this game a try!
