I had mentioned my issue, included a picture to verify my achievement, and said I had not paid anything for the award. Yet, I got asked to provide a pic and later asked if I paid money! Terrible customer service Terrible customer service! Have to do one reward ticket at a time when they dont reward it automatically as its supposed to. And to do this, you have to wait for them to close out the ticket for the last one. It will take me forever to 4 or 5 of them!

Rewards not received The game is fine and challenging. I downloaded this game to receive rewards I could use for another game. The 1st 2 levels I completed rewards were issued promptly. After completing the 3rd reward level, no rewards received. Customer service was contacted and response received indicating that I had received the reward but I have not.
