I had mentioned my issue, included a picture to verify my achievement, and said I had not paid anything for the award. Yet, I got asked to provide a pic and later asked if I paid money! So why not handle all three questions up front? Thanks for making the little hiccups resolve and game play continues! Have a great day!

Frustrating at first but issue resolved :) I was going to rate 4 stars due to frustration with support realizing the actual issue, but I get it, they get busy and have to work quickly. Once someone saw the attachments, the problem was fixed very quickly. The support staff are fast and friendly as always. Thank you Kylo for fixing the technical issues so that others can receive their help now :)

Finally, a fast resolution This is the first time that I have received a reward that I had to request, in under a day. This is how it should be every time. Still has errors in the messages, such as the game I play being called something else, but hey, if it means getting the rewards quickly and correctly, then I will let that slide. Still not sure why I can get some rewards without having to request them, and others require interaction with Tapjoy CS though.

Fast customer service Sam took over and was friendly and very responsive. She viewed my case/claim and took action as she saw fit. Very happy with the customer service so far, especially because I have a lot of contact with them.

Honestly it's not bad Honestly it's not bad but the inability to get new high reward games is lacking it's all the same it's quite sad 2 homescape 4 raid shadow legends all the same quests to level up ur game choices please the masses
